Collective Content is a specialist B2B content marketing agency. We deliver media-grade content to our clients. We are mostly former technology journalists and writers.
We have a broad and growing range of (mostly) technology B2B clients. We are looking for an experienced and client-facing project manager / account manager to keep our customers happy and our writers and editors on track against their deadlines. You will talk to our clients, track our multiple projects, arrange and host calls and keep our increasing number of plates spinning.
On a day-to-day basis you will be managing a wide range of customers, as well as writers creating multiple content assets at different stages of the production process. You don’t need to be an editor but a good eye for detail helps. The vast majority of the assets we create are digital.
You will definitely have plenty of experience managing projects and accounts in an agency environment. The role will involve coordinating small but growing creative teams in Europe, North America and Asia.
Needless to say, you will be profoundly organised and ensure that projects are completed to a high standard, on time and on budget.
Expertise in any particular project management methodology is not important, although some understanding of Agile is useful:
- Confidence managing clients and their changing needs
- Strong project management mindset and organisation
- Familiarity with MS Office and G-Suite – project management platforms (Trello, Monday.com, Basecamp etc also desirable)
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of B2B technology is advantageous but not essential
- Friendly, approachable and equipped with a ‘can-do’ attitude
We are a 100% remote organisation, so all work is based from home. Depending on COVID restrictions some occasional travel in the UK and overseas may be required.
Hours: 37.5 per week
Salary: £37,500 per annum
Terms: 6-month contract but with opportunity to become permanent
